Protecting marketplace participants and maintaining a professional environment are priorities for the Pegasus Network platform.

Your Responsibility to Verify

Pegasus does not verify every marketplace participant's licensing, credentials, experience, or suitability. All profiles are self-reported. Before engaging any marketplace participant — lender, broker, agent, attorney, or service provider — you are responsible for independently verifying their licensing, credentials, regulatory standing, and suitability for your needs.

Verify professional licenses through official state and federal licensing databases. For mortgage professionals: NMLS Consumer Access. For real estate: your state's real estate licensing portal. For attorneys: your state bar. For securities professionals: FINRA BrokerCheck and SEC IAPD.

Prohibited Platform Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on the Pegasus platform:

  • Misrepresenting your licensing, credentials, or professional status
  • Making false, misleading, or deceptive claims about services, rates, or outcomes
  • Soliciting securities investments, token purchases, or investor funds through the platform
  • Sharing other users' personal information without consent
  • Using the platform to conduct unlicensed mortgage, real estate, insurance, or securities activities
  • Harassment, spam, or unprofessional conduct toward other members
  • Circumventing platform communication systems to evade compliance

Reporting Concerns

If you encounter a marketplace participant who appears to be misrepresenting their credentials, making prohibited claims, or engaging in prohibited conduct, contact Pegasus through the contact page. Pegasus may investigate and remove profiles that violate platform terms.

Protecting Your Information

Do not share sensitive personal information — including SSN, passport, bank account numbers, brokerage statements, or accreditation documents — through the platform messaging system or with marketplace participants you have not independently vetted. Pegasus does not collect investor accreditation documents and does not perform KYC/AML checks.

No Guarantee of Results

Pegasus does not guarantee that any marketplace connection will result in a loan, financing approval, closed transaction, investment, business relationship, or any specific outcome. Users make independent decisions and bear sole responsibility for those decisions.
