Pegasus membership fees are monthly subscription fees for platform access, technology tools, marketplace visibility, communication features, dashboards, educational resources, RWA tools, network badge tools, and other actual platform services. Membership Fees Are Not Referral Fees, success fees, closing fees, loan placement fees, securities placement fees, investment banking fees, token sale fees, or compensation based on whether any transaction is completed. Membership does not guarantee leads, approvals, financing, closings, investment results, tokenization results, or business outcomes.
Pegasus may provide marketplace listings, directory information, educational content, and communication tools related to third-party investor verification, accredited investor verification, KYC, AML, identity verification, beneficial ownership review, and sanctions screening providers. Pegasus does not verify investors, approve accredited investor status, perform KYC or AML checks, conduct sanctions screening, review investor suitability, determine investor eligibility, or provide access to securities offerings.
Any investor verification, accredited investor verification, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, beneficial ownership review, transfer restriction process, or investor onboarding process must be handled by the issuer, broker-dealer, transfer agent, compliance provider, legal counsel, or other properly authorized third party.
Pegasus does not guarantee that any investor is eligible, accredited, verified, approved, suitable, lawful, or permitted to participate in any project, offering, transaction, or investment opportunity.
The Pegasus Network Badge Program allows members to display a co-marketing badge under approved conditions. Badge eligibility may result in one free month of membership credit for approved badge display or approved co-marketing placement only. Badge display is not payment for referrals, leads, closings, introductions, or transaction outcomes. The badge does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, verification of credentials, guarantee of services, or regulatory approval. Users must independently verify all professional credentials, licensing, and suitability.
Pegasus may provide marketplace listings, directory information, educational content, and communication tools related to third-party investor verification, accredited investor verification, KYC, AML, identity verification, beneficial ownership review, and sanctions screening providers. Pegasus does not verify investors, approve accredited investor status, perform KYC or AML checks, conduct sanctions screening, review investor suitability, determine investor eligibility, or provide access to securities offerings.
Any investor verification, accredited investor verification, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, beneficial ownership review, transfer restriction process, or investor onboarding process must be handled by the issuer, broker-dealer, transfer agent, compliance provider, legal counsel, or other properly authorized third party.
Pegasus does not guarantee that any investor is eligible, accredited, verified, approved, suitable, lawful, or permitted to participate in any project, offering, transaction, or investment opportunity.
Pegasus may provide members with approved badges, media kit language, co-marketing materials, and membership credits for approved badge display or approved marketing placement. These credits are intended solely for brand visibility, platform participation, and approved co-marketing activity. They are not payment for referrals, leads, client introductions, loan closings, real estate closings, insurance purchases, tokenization projects, securities offerings, capital raises, investment activity, or any transaction outcome.
Members who display Pegasus badges or post about Pegasus in exchange for or in connection with a membership credit must clearly disclose that material connection where required by the FTC, applicable advertising rules, or other applicable regulations. Pegasus does not authorize members to make false, misleading, unsupported, or prohibited claims about Pegasus or any marketplace participant.
Pegasus may provide marketplace, educational, directory, project intake, and communication features related to real-world assets, tokenized real estate, blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, and stablecoin-related payment infrastructure. Pegasus does not issue tokens, sell securities, provide investment advice, operate as a broker-dealer, operate an ATS, operate a securities exchange, custody digital assets, exchange virtual currency, transmit virtual currency, issue stablecoins, redeem stablecoins, or accept investor funds.
Any tokenized real estate or RWA project may involve securities laws, real estate laws, tax laws, corporate laws, AML/KYC requirements, broker-dealer rules, transfer agent rules, custody rules, ATS rules, state blue sky laws, and other regulatory requirements. Users are responsible for obtaining qualified legal, securities, tax, compliance, and professional advice before launching, promoting, buying, selling, transferring, or participating in any tokenized asset project.
Pegasus does not guarantee token value, liquidity, yield, rent distributions, profit distributions, appreciation, financing, investor participation, exchange listing, secondary trading, regulatory approval, or project completion. The existence of a Pegasus marketplace profile, project intake submission, or partner directory listing does not constitute securities offering registration, broker-dealer registration, ATS registration, investment adviser registration, or any other regulatory approval.
Users of the Pegasus platform are solely responsible for independently verifying the licensing, credentials, compliance, suitability, terms, and services of any marketplace participant before entering into any agreement, transaction, or business relationship.
