Membership fees are monthly subscription fees for platform access, technology tools, marketplace visibility, communication features, dashboards, educational resources, and other actual platform services. Membership Fees Are Not Referral Fees, success fees, closing fees, loan placement fees, or compensation based on whether any loan, real estate transaction, insurance transaction, or settlement service transaction is completed.
Members may cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee a refund for any already-paid membership period unless required by applicable law or stated in a separate written refund policy.
The free trial provides temporary access to the selected membership level. Pegasus may require a valid payment method to start a free trial. If the membership is not canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly membership fee may be charged automatically.
Membership disclosure: Membership does not guarantee financing, loan approval, lender participation, borrower participation, deal flow, transaction closing, insurance coverage, real estate representation, discounts, credits, or financial benefit. Membership fees are for platform access, profile tools, marketplace visibility, communication tools, dashboards, education, and other actual platform services only. Membership fees are not securities placement fees, investment banking fees, broker-dealer fees, membership benefits, success fees, transaction fees, token sale fees, capital raising fees, or compensation based on whether any tokenization project, securities offering, investment, loan, insurance transaction, or real estate transaction is completed.
Pegasus does not issue tokens, sell securities, operate as a broker-dealer, operate an ATS, custody digital assets, exchange virtual currency, or accept investor funds. RWA / Blockchain Partners using the Pegasus platform remain solely responsible for their own licensing, regulatory compliance, client disclosures, and applicable legal obligations.
Pegasus membership fees are charged for access to platform features, marketplace technology, profile tools, communication tools, dashboards, educational resources, search tools, visibility features, and other actual platform services. Pegasus does not charge or accept compensation based on the referral of settlement service business, the selection of a particular provider, loan approval, loan closing, loan funding, real estate transaction closing, insurance purchase, or any other transaction outcome.
Membership does not guarantee leads, borrowers, lenders, approvals, closed loans, funded transactions, insurance policies, real estate closings, revenue, or business results.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Pegasus complies with RESPA, Regulation X, TILA, Regulation Z, mortgage licensing laws, real estate licensing laws, MLS/IDX rules, insurance licensing laws, advertising rules, privacy rules, and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
From time to time, independent third-party providers may choose to make promotional offers, credits, discounts, or preferred-access terms visible to certain Pegasus members. Pegasus does not create, set, fund, negotiate, approve, guarantee, or control any such offer. Any offer is made solely by the participating provider and is subject to that provider's own eligibility requirements, underwriting, disclosures, licensing, fair lending obligations, advertising rules, and applicable law.
Pegasus does not guarantee that a Gold member will receive any discount, lender credit, lower rate, reduced fee, insurance premium reduction, real estate concession, or other financial benefit.
Any loan-related offer must come directly from a properly licensed or authorized lender or mortgage professional and must include all required disclosures. Any insurance-related offer must come directly from a properly licensed insurance professional or insurance company. Any real estate-related offer must comply with applicable real estate licensing laws, brokerage rules, MLS rules, compensation rules, and written agreements between the parties.
Pegasus may provide marketplace listings, search tools, filters, categories, profile pages, badges, dashboards, and communication tools. These features are provided for user convenience and platform functionality. Pegasus does not direct, require, steer, or recommend that any user choose a particular lender, mortgage broker, real estate agent, insurance professional, or service provider.
Users are responsible for comparing available options, verifying licensing and credentials, reviewing disclosures, and making independent decisions.
